"What Happened? Credco learned that between July 21, 2017 and August 7, 2017 an individual obtained access to Credco’s system to obtain your consumer information without proper authorization. Upon notification of this incident, on August 7, 2017, Credco immediately disabled the individual’s access the same day and conducted a review of our internal controls and safeguards to prevent a recurrence. What Information Was Involved? The consumer information accessed consists of information typically found on a consumer credit report. Such informationincludes your name and address and one or more of the following:Social Security Number, date of birth and account numbers. While we have no specific evidence that your information has been used for identity theft, we recommend that you monitor your credit for the next several months."
