"What Happened & What Information Was Involved You are receiving this letter because GOLFTEC was victim of a recent security breach at your specific GOLFTECCenter and your credit card information was potentially compromised. These were in-center transactions and no online transactions were affected. We experienced malicious point-of-sale terminal intrusions at select GOLFTEC centersfrom March 2–June15, 2017. A relatively small number of transactions within that time period were affected,however, this may have put your personal information at risk. Remedies–What We’re Doing To Support You Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this might cause. We have conducted a full investigation and haveconfirmed the incident has been contained. Upon discovery of the breach, we immediately took the necessary steps to fully remediate the situation, including notifying the proper authorities."
