An employee disclosed personal information about workers compensation claimants between October 2011 and March 2012.  Workers compensation claimants who received spinal surgery in Southern California between 2004 and 2011 or had urinalysis testing, diagnostics or medical services performed in California between 2006 and 2011 may have had their information exposed.It does not appear that Social Security numbers or other identifying information exposed were used to compromise the security, confidentiality, or integrity of the personal information. UPDATE (11/23/2012): About 2,700 workers' compensation claimants were affected.
